Jenipher was an absolute LIFE SAVER this past Sunday! We were stuck at the airport because of Frontier Airlines. Our flight was supposed to leave at 6:00 a.m., but at 5:00 a.m. they wouldn't let us through security. So we had been up since 3:00 a.m. and the hotel wouldn't send a shuttle back to the airport to get us until 3:00 p.m. Jenipher went well out of her way, made some calls and sent us a ride instantly and ensured the hotel get had a room ready for us immediately. We had sat in the airport with a six and nine year old for seven hours before she found out and quickly made it all happen! (And she didn't even book our trip, but she helped us anyway, so that says a LOT!) You will be well taken care of booked through her.

Can't thank Jenipher enough for rescuing us from our hotel nightmare, I called her first thing this morning to tell her about our hotel disaster and before we knew it she had us booked at another hotel, called them to confirm what amenities were available in the current (pandemic) times and even explained our situation to the front desk and ensured we could check in early.
